Testing indicators in MT4

Hi everyone, does anyone know if there is a way to "step through" historic data and look at an indicators output, the visual mode doesn't do this as far as I know as it doesn't show the indicator whilst testing. Also F12 step by step doesn't apply indicator to last bar, any suggestions would be much appreciated

It alright guys I think I've found a solution, anyway as it might be of us to others I'll share what I found here, although it seems when backtesting MT doesn't show the indicators live on visual backtest if you add indicators to graph whilst backtesting it works. Hope thats useful to know for someone for debugging etc..
