My intention it´s to cooperate as much I can.

Btw: MT is a fully custom application. But, to write the code of a new indicator or modify another one you need to know what are you doing, and the mql4 website is a great place to learn.
However, there is other type of custom you can do.. Pls, chek see the pic attached.
This ch-ART was made by Xard777, a member of this forum with a hard work. Maybe in future release you can include easy tools to modify the visualization standar visuals.
I don´t know how they do that. If it was done trough a modification of the template code or rewriting the indicator.
I would like to things like that but it´s too complicated

IE: addind more objects, the posibilities to link them with properties like indciator values, litlle windows to show more information about he cross you´re seeing, etc.

Linuxser, picture looks great. Very interesting. But i cant say you that we will do it imedeatelly. Maybe in some future build. For now i can just recommend you to contact to the author of this screenshot and ask him the custom indicator.

Hi Lenar.

I have been drawing trendlines for a while today, and I had some idea.

When you draw a trendline you have 3 points. The idea behind is to use the first and second point with price and the middle point to move the line.

If you draw from left to right no matter up to down or down to up or whatever it´s ok, the line can be projected into the future, but if you want to draw from right to left you don´t have projection.
From left to right you have the ray option, but from right to left the ray is usefull.

another idea i think all of you will love it :


why dont you make xticks charts like in TS and prorealtime
insted of time frame for candles let the candle live for x ticks (let say 50 or 200 or what ever we choose)

Very interesting idea. Slawa says, it will be, possibly. But definedly not in MetaTrader 4. Sorry.

For now you can draw second trend in back direction "to your eye", or you can just switch coordinates in second trendline.

Deepdrunk, unfortunatelly it cant be done in current architecture. But using Custom Indicator you can make such chart yourself.

why i cannot trading using expert advisor ? with autotrading.

There are two places to check for autotrading
- EA itself (in EA's settings);
- go to "Tools", then 'Options" them "Expert Advisors" - see this thread Can't you autotrade?

Probable you checkd one place only.
You should allow to autotrade on 2 places.

If you checked all two places for autotrading and still nothing so it may be the other:
- open EA in MetaEditor and compile to find some possible errors; and
- Try to backtest this EA and in the same time look at the "Experts" and "Journal" _see image. May be EA is asking for some indicator. Anyway you will know the name of this indicator and may ask on the forum.
