Can you run multiple EAs on the same login/account. If so how does it keep track of the orders each EA is managing?

You just open up a new chart for the currency pair you want, then attach the EA (drag it over from Navigator). If the programmer was a nice guy, in the Comment section of Trade & Account History of the Terminal display, it will say which EA did what. If not, you have to look at the chart and you'll see a little Blue (Buy) or Red (Sell) arrow. Hover over that, it will give you the Order Number and you can look at the Trade or Account History and figure which EA it came from. HTH.

Yes. You can run many EAs on the same account. And on the same pair (but with different charts).
EA should be design for this (magic numbers and some other things inside the code).
