Wow, that looks like a good indicator once you figure out how it works. From what I've noticed, if the blue line is increasing from bottom to top and crosses the red line at or a little above the middle, very good indication that price will increase.

But if blue line crosses red line from bottom to top and doesn't cross at or above the middle but crosses more toward the bottom, then doesn't indicate that much will happen to the price.
