Thanks for Neurex/Neuimex.
Too bad they "offer" 5 pips spread for accounts below $2500!!!! No comission, they say, aha, ain't 3pips extra spread on euro a nice commision? At $10/pips on standards, that's an extra 60 bucks per trade...
Too be honest, with $2000 trading capital, you'd better not trade a standart, true.
North Finance doesn't offer micro lots.
In this world of bucket shops, I would be wary of a broker from Cyprus anyway. Look at their list of representatives and IBs, it's quite edifying...

Thanks,

Hi pipeline,
you are right with neurex. 5 pips are a lot! But what is the alternative??
and a broker in cyprus...hmmm....banks for euro account are Deutsche bank and ABM AMRO.
would you open an acoount at Interbankfx(no euro account possible!!)
about a month ago i contacted fxdd about MT4. they said that they will be offering micro lots on MT4 but only if you request it. right now fxdd MT4 is just demo.
I thought DB & UBS were the 2 major banks for forex in Europe, then Citi, DrKW and BarCap depending on which kind of forex you refer too. But that was in early 2005, so ABN may have risen, and my memories might be wrong...
The problem with the institutions is that they don t offer micro accounts, you re rather supposed to bring millions in..
Do you have experience with interbank or neurex? What do you think about them, apart from spread issues?
Interbankfx: i have yet to hear someone saying he's satisfied with the spread: it varies too much apparently. Plus their server stability has proven shaky in the past, not great for EAs. I don't know how they are now.
If i had the choice, i would go for a euro based account, i think, but usd is fine too; it s not a criteria for me at this stage.
So, what is the alternative? Good question, and this is what this thread is for; back to square 1 ;-)
--> Anyone knows other brokers providing live accounts with micro lots & MT4 EA trading?
