Shouldn’t TRADITION at least have FXDD listed as a registrar party, IB or arm of the firm? Or better yet, will TRADITION be held responsible if something goes wrong at FXDD? Or would thay simply say their not the same firm as refcofx and fxcm has done in the past

But I was referring to a mention of FXDD under Traditions NFA listing not at Traditions web site. It’s irrelevant what Traditions PR puts out, hay can say anything.

I want to know it from the authorities NFA /CFTC. I just find this very suspicious and can’t see how so many over look these very import facts in Due Diligence

giggun, What has prevented you from attempting to call or email the NFA and the CFTC and ask them your questions in order to find out what United States law demands in this situation? I didn't see the word subsidiary in a legal dictionary however webster defines subsidiary as secondary in importance; subordinate, that may(or may not)shed some light on your query. The fact that FXDD is not known for complaints against it says quite abit in the world of retail forex because this arena has an abundance of newbies who don't take responsibilty for their trading and blame all kinds of things on their broker; but that fact in itself would do nothing if you lost money and filed a judgement against them in an attempt to prove malfeasance.

FXDD is a subsidiary of Tradition (North America) Inc. and of Compagnie Financière Tradition (CFT) (NFA ID: 0271289). Unfortunately their web sites give little info. FXDD now allows trading with MT4.
