I have had simular Results / Problems with Piplite and FXDD. The FXDD demo account does wonderfully with both but live is another story. The data feed for demo and live with FXDD are very different when it comes to what an EA sees. It seems the more dependant an EA is on indicators the bigger the difference. I'm planning to move my IRA roll over account from FXDD to IBFX. If I can not make money I'll move my account where the EAs I run will make money.

I just want to thank you. Your code is clean and readable.

To be honest I didn’t like your Blessing system (because of the potential acc blow-out over time and it reminded me to much of a certain roulette gambling system and trading shouldn’t be gambling) but with your Idea of a Multiplier setting (it doesn’t have to be 2 as your Blessing system… 1.4 is a great Multiplier) combined with an entry indicator (with your clean code everyone can choose/change/add lines for his desired entry direction system) and your protection system is a great idea.

Thousand thanks and I hope you keep up your fabulous work.

Set trading time frame

Hi , can we set this EA trading period example between GMT 20 to 4, otherwise it become too volatile with high opening negative trade?

The Blessing 2 system is great. The Multiplier idea is something that all martingale developers should have incorporate that in. Using the MA to decide the trend and then use that to determine buy or sell is simply genius.

Currently my records from 25th Nov till now shows a profit factor of 4.83, a max drawdown of 1.53%, a profit trades percentage of 79%. Running two pairs USD/JPY D1 and Euro/USD H4 together using the preset files given. Best part is, USD got slaughtered briefly against the yen last Friday (and one of my other martingale systems blew up due to that), Blessing 2 was hitting all the profits like crazy.

Blessing 2 is the only EA that I feel safe enough to be put onto a live account so far.

I have to agree, kwkee. This is a great EA that has really matured.
The account protection and portion control features allow the user
to dial-in risk to just about any degree.

My thanks to FiFtHeLeMeNt, Iron, and Bamcoti for their great work
on this advisor.

What do you think? Anyway, I'll throw that out there...

Hi Iron,

I appreciate your great work. Blessing 2 is already a very good EA. It will be great if you can add X% equity gain closeout feature. I am waiting for your update!

Again, thank you for your great effort and generousity.

blessing, MA

Hi everybody,
I sterted trading a demo-account with Blessing 10 days ago with 2 pairs (EU and UJ) and I've almost doubled my account, just with regular settings. I think the conditions is now in favour of the EA, as we have very strong trends. I would like to know how Blessing behaves on irregular lateral market. I think the conditions which this EA should suffer mostly are strong, clear and regular trend inversions. In this case the MA settings should be very important for the EA, in order to know the most appropriate time to change between buy and sell. Anyone experienced big drawdowns in this condition yet? Thank you so much Iron for this great EA and for the regular improuvement and updates.
