wolfe,

This is where your MA entry logic would apply...we need it as an option to give us an entry edge, to make PipIdiot™ a little smarter on its initial entry and its initial lotsize. don't worry kayvan...you can leave the default to false.

don't yell at me wolfey...you have already written all of this.

....☺ES...™
Get aboard the ES wagon!

P.S. and if the longer TF MA takes us down the wrong road, it has been my experience that trend reversals are strong enough for the PipIdiot™ to take us down the opposite road with enough power to get us out...it just may be a long trade...with a lot of drawdown...

Finally caught up. Apparently still needs a time filter. A MA for entry or exit?
Kayvan? ES? Let me know. Us coder geeks need things literal.

I'll be out for a while today, but I'll be back later.

Post all ideas for pipidiot.

Champ,

This is a combination of gridding and martingaling and the DD's while you wait can become large. It's purpose it to bank more dollars at a faster rate than the float accumulates...

A "grid martingale" can only be so wide...look at it as the deck around the pool...you need to have an unlimited supply of dollars unless you can trade IN THE POOL.

Hope this helps...

v1_8 correction

Correction to TFX v1_8

This only effects those who want to attach to more than 1 currency at the same time.

Hey...that is where pyramid false might work....with a big lag....on the one minute or 5 minute...hehe (sorry kayvan)

ES

widen lag surly some times will cause to miss a part of a good trend .if any one does not prefer many trades . we must have an option that could able us to choose our grid distance .ex: now, we have every 1 pip movement 1 order ,with that option we can choose to place every 2 pips movement 1 order
or every 3 or 4 .......or 10 or 15 ........as i told before it refers to trader risk ability.
