In order to write an EA which checks against another indicator, the source code is required of that indicator to incorporate some of the logic. There is no way to write an EA based upon the visualization of the indicator on the chart. It is something I had at one time inquired also.

A lot of people here just to copy and make money from the raw system available here.
They don't really understand what is good and what is bad.
To make an EA we need very clearly *.mq4 file of your Indicator as well as what et_phonehome_2 meant.
Hope that it could make your english improved.
