After being up I put my stop at +1 pip and that's all I got.

.... and then..... it falls 400 pips....

Like you say though, next time when it ranges be ready for the big 100 plus breakout and put QQE 15 min. to work.

We could have a lot of these kind of days with crazy economic news the next few months...I hope!
