Definition of Pit scalping By the very nature of trading in the pits, scalping is best defined bytrades that are very short term in nature. This presupposes smallconsistent profits from trades that last no more than a few minutes.These methods presented here are exactly that - high probabilitytrades with extremely small risk stops and predefined profit objectives.In the adage of the successful pit trader, it all about taking a milliontrades to make a million dollars.Risk ManagementWhilst entry techniques here are self explanatory,the risk managementaspect of these trades are such that they must be followed withoutquestion, or when the position doesn稚 perform as expected. Beingrelatively tight stops the trader must either be very fast in exiting


Trend continuation trades
These methods focus on entering the market in the direction of a trend AFTER the trend has gone underway

Place your stops no more than 5 pips above the previous support and resistance lines

Scalping is a dangerous game in terms of risk and rewad.If your profit aim is 1 pip and stop loss is 5 pips , a scalper has to make 5 winning trades to make up for 1 losing trade of 5 pips.

Scalping order :
Always place your long order at -2 pips to market and short order at + 2 pips to market and trade only the lowest spread trades of 1 to 2 pips

Use futures account for scalping

New 1 minute template
Hi

The 1 min template has been updated with following indicators
1)Advanced A D X
2)Waddah Attar Explosion
3)wma 75 AND WMA 300
4)LWMA cross for 75/300 cross

The 75/300 cross ensures we do not look at 15 min charts.We only look at 1 min charts

The stop losses are smaller The following stops being used me.

Gbp/usd 15 pips
Euro/yen 15 pips
euro/usd 10 pips
usd/chf 10 pips
usd/yen 15 pips
euro/chf 15 pips
usd/cad 15 pips
cad/yen 15 pips

The above figures are approximate .The profit targets are the minimum of stop loss levels.

THIS IS A HIGH PROBABILITY SET UP ON LONG USD CHF at 11.16.
The 75/300 cross is in place on all four pairs by 11.16

In addition to M A crosses and indicators we use support and resistance lines ,correlations,newsflow,fundamental anylysis,money and risk management.We also look for high probability set ups

Euro/usd and euro /yen 75/300 crosses are down

This is a high probability situation on cable.

Both cable and euro /usd have 75/300 wma cross and are heading down.
euro/gbp is flat

These are the situations when both heading lower to short sell cable.This particular examlpe does not show a great profit but it does not lose money.
These are the set ups we look for for cable.The red arrows down are the longer moving averages wma75/wma300

This is another high probabilty situation on cable which would have earned 30 pips plus.

This is the perfect set up to short cable 75 wma has crossed 300 wma(red arrows) on cable and euro /usd and euro gbp has a long signal cross on 75/300 wma .This means cable is weaker than euro and we go short.These are the set ups we look for
