alp that changes the candle colors when it closes across the channel then stays that collor until you have a close back the opposite direction. Am I correct?

Hi.
I just play around with daily chart by setting 18. If we follow the signal then wa can catch the big wave? Some trade we loose but get back from big wave and only 9 trade on last year .Any idea?

Through backtesting (since 1999) I have found that 40 periods is opitmal on the Euro with 100 pip TP and SL. Very profitable over time, but you may wait months for a trade, and most trades last only a couple of days.

EA needs help
I made an EA for this system (attached) using Expert Advisor Builder.
I tried backtesting it and it doesn't do a thing.

I suspect it's the way I entered the custom indicator (Price Channel, as found above), but not being a programmer I don't know.

If anyone would care to look at it and attempt a fix it would very much be appreciated.
