i had buy triggered and then lost and now sell trigerred and also i think will be loss
and usd/chf loss i am stressed

I already got all stops and much stress but indeed my russian soul will be drunk today

has anyone done a backtest to see if skipping monday and fridays trade will save some pips?

Hi Guys, All u guys that lost today take note of the following:

NEVER trade on the first friday of any month. This the day that the NFP comes out (there is the odd month when it actually comes out the second friday) If you have to trade do not trade the morning session (it can be very erratic with not enough movement for a profit - as everybody waits for NFP to be released) but wait for the NFP to come out. As u may have seen today the BUY was triggered and u would have made a profit. Hope this helps. As for Mondays I have not had a problem with that day
