raheel23, there is no EMA needed for this setup. Just look for the Asian High and Low of the day to set your entries. Individual MM applies.

Hi FXoperator

Thank you very much for sharing your ideas. I did some tries at the same time with different procedures. With no luck. On monday I start with your cheme. Last days i did some evaluation and found a report from Kathy Lien. A table of the vola for different sessions showed for the asian/europe the sequence of gbpchf, gbpjpy gbpusd. The gbpusd vola is approx. 50% less than gbpchf. So I start the test with all 3 and will show the result end of the week. Again thanks a lot for your idea. Byi the way, I use indicator and EA for the orders(Hans123).karl

Asian High Low Time

Hi,

Thank you for your trading system. I have 2 question.
1. Can you tell the exact time for your Asian session? (e.g. from Tokyo time 8 to Tokyo time 14)?
2. The exact time to enter a trade (e.g. from Tokyo time 15)

I find the time is critical for your system to find the high and low price and enter a trade. So please tell. Thank you!

Hi FXOperator,

Thank you for sharing the system,
I checked my fxdd platform,
fxdd time is gmt + 3,
so I think GMT 6.00 is equal to 9.00 am fxdd time.
but on your posted chart, it seems you made decision at around 7.50 am fxdd time, which is turn out to be GMT 4.50 am. am I missing something.

Thank You

i dont think it matters what your server time is. Work out what time 6gmt is in your time zone and then log on and place your trades at this time.

my server is est but as I live in gmt i just place trades when it hits 0600GMT in my local time.

Hi Cryten,

Thank you for your reply
If ffoperator placed the order at 6.00 GMT, the high should be : 1.9640 , and low : 1.9569
but because ffoperator order at around 4.50 GMT, the high is still at : 1.9621 and low : 1.9569
I think it will be a problem since fxoperator says we look at 6.00 GMT ( not around 04.50 GMT )

fxop should answer your question when they login but for me I don't know if it matters you see this morning i actually overslept and don't always place pending orders at 6GMT on the dot, usually anytime between 6GMT and 6:30GMT with same result. break out usually occurs from 6:35 up till 7:00.
