unzip, copy template to c:\metatrader4\templates and rest of files to indicator folder; restart MT4, right click screen, select templates\#live-timeframe.

The indicator you want is ZZ panel...it's a standard zigzag indicator put in a window...it tends to repaint a lot, that's why it's not in the latest update.
