TY much for the new upate, can u give a short note how to use the column of data in the indicator window. I view the 3 lines as moving averages?
* Many thanks to the people on this board for their postings. Do not mind getting Metatrader software if that is what it takes. Evidently Murrey sells his own software for $2,750.
But am trying to get some basic concepts down as a starting point.
* Could you enlighten me as to the manner of creating the "box" with its 8 levels:
(a) the start price point/line of the box -- the 0/8 line -- do you just pick the price at the time you come onto the trading day? ... or do you pick the top/bottom of the most visible recent channel?
(b) the end price point/line of the box - the 8/8 line
* I feel I am staring right at it, but can't quite see it ...
Could you please take a look at my charts. What do you think will happen to the price of GBPJPY? The price of this pair is directly correlated to the price of GBPCHF & CHFJPY (GBPCHF * CHFJPY = GBPJPY)
What happens when it is btwn 6/8 & 5/8 on the day chart and just closing below 3/8 on 4hr?
The reason why I ask is because I have a buy at 221.99. From the looks of the charts, not a good place to be. Too bad the buy was entered on another signal and before I looked more carefully at the MM.

This is what you are after you can change where the labels are on the chart by altering the number mml_shft = 35; in the code the original setting is 3 but it is set at 35 at present to keep the labels away from the current price.
