Alert when multiple on chart indicator is at a specific value.

How do I do it in MT 4?

If possible can someone please change the alert to only sound once per bar and add a switch to turn on or off? Thanks in advance for the help.

sorry, I just a newbie in mq4 programming, I already add a little code that can switch the alert on or off, hope this helpful

Looked around alot but unable to find. Looking for 2.

a) Rsi alert....indi changes red and green with alert ...preferably arrow or dot
