StoRSI: Mov( ( RSI(8) - LLV( RSI(8) ,8 ) ) / ( ( HHV( RSI(8) ,8) ) - LLV(RSI(8),8) ),3,E) *100
Standard Error Bands: (C+2*STE(C,8)-Mov(C,3,S))/(4*(STE(C,8)))*100
