I understood you problem and fixed it for you. The problem is due to the fact that when one draws a line indicator on a price chart, the line needs two co-ordinates, i.e. the current bar and the prev. bar…long story short, when doing color changing indicators such as this MA I made, deactivating a color now, could be reversed two bars later when a cleared co-ordinate is re-activated as part of a new set etc…

I found a long way around this though and as you can see from the attached screenshot, it is working 100%, green on up bars, red for down bars and yellow when the ema of the current bar is exactly the same as the one before it, of course when you set the MA to longer periods than just 1, you will most likely never even see the yellow.

I have been ripped off time and again since I started posting and sharing indicators etc. over the past 4 years and have decided not to share coding samples anymore and thus will avail here the fixed version as my last share although it is only in compiled format. I honestly do not mind helping people, but I am not willing to educate and enrich the scammers and leechers who furiously object to my right to avoid abuse. Hope you understand and enjoy the fixed version.

I greatly appreciate the work that sniper has done..... and I use his materials every day to trade with. and have done so for a long time.....

I am not too concerned with seeing his code. as I am a trader and not a programmer...

What is important to me is being able to see how an indicator can put cash in my trading account.....

Since I started to use Metatrader a few years ago..... many people have contributed to the pool of available indicators and they have enhanced greatly the capabilities of the program and profitability for the traders.....

AND...... because we do not contribute financially to these developers..... and because we use their materials for free..... at our own option.... I am quite in agreement that they keep their code to themselves......

Trading is not a game of insulting people and calling them names as we used to do in childhood........ trading is a mature occupation and is directly related to the self development of the trader...

I would think if definitely preferable to offer gratitude to these pioneers instead of hurling insults......
