colorful bands for indcators

Hi,
I need help to write a program to create two colorful bands with fixed up and down levels to add to some indicators, instead of drawing two levels. I am not familiar to MQL programming as well. The below sample picture may be useful to explain what I said about. I had an idea to draw two histograms for up and down levels but couldn’t approach it.
I will be appreciated in advance.
