Hi,

I am looking for an indicator which colours in the distance between K and D on the stochastic so I can see the spread between them.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Mladen,

As you can tell been fooling around your indicator for a little while.

v1.03:
corrected minor error in ob/os message section, also added more alerts for when stoch comes from max/min and crosses back ob/os line. other minor mods

v1.04: COLOR DIRECTIONAL STOCH
all of the above + added the code you sent me. Added a bool to make it color directional selectable

Hope you like them. i'm slowly learning

from top down
Window 1: color stoch v1.03
Window 2: color stoch v1.04
Window 3: color stoch v1.04 with v1.03 overlay, show obos colors as well
I wonder if this could be coded together into 1 indicator?

Hi,

I am a newbie. Would anyone have an example of a simple indicator that change the chart candles color if the Stochastic goes overbought or oversold?

I aplogise if this is not the correct forum for this type of post...

Anybody know of an indicator that will do the same as discussed here but using the MACD?
That is, color the bars green while the histogram is positive and red while the histogram is negative?

Hi, I love this indy, and it works great but I keep getting dozens of alerts after it's crossed the OVB or OVS levels.

Is there a way to limit it to just 1 alert per instance of going OVB/OVS?
