It seems that the code from 'Swiss Army Knife and 'Band pass indicator is OK.
It's just necessary to remeber to calculate output from the filters from first
time wise bar (so left corner of the chart) till rigth because of recursion.
Seems that John gave up with Frequency discriminators in 2007. So all adaptive indicators based on Hilbert transform and Cycle period are not recomended ??
See the presentation ColleaguesInTrading from mesasoftware site.
I've been looking for Ehlers indis and stumbled upon this site and am really happy I did.
I'm having a problem with the Sinewave w/ S&R filter. It says for 'support' and 'resistance' "expression on a global scope not allowed" and "variable not defined". I loaded up the Sinewave3 version, but it flatlines at the -1 and 1 variables.
Is there something I can do to get it working?
Thanks

It works on my laptops under windows 7 ! But i got an horizontal line with my desktops under windows xp!
a few screeshoots of the test of Band pass indicators based on Swiss Army article and PREDICT presentation (difference of 2 3pole Butt filters). Seems that
Bandpass from Swiss Army is more selective, however can generate false signals in case of switch to trend mode.
Additionally looks like CG oscillator is not able to handle flat chirp at all !!
that's it
Thank you very much a was approaching but cold not figure it completely.
One more item for the community tool box.
If you don't mind I renamed it Sinewave with S&R to make it clear for future readers and search on the net. I am not sure I could call it "Better Sine Wave"
