It is written in the header of indicator: author of idea Tom Demark, coder KimIV.

Two forecasting indicators from Metaquotes website russian version:

1. DailyLevels indicator: support/resistence for previous day + max/min/middle daily according to Paramon system.

2. Calculation the future day indicator.
Based on Neal T. Weintraub 'The Weintraub Daytrader'. The full description are insidethe code as small article (in Russian).
As I understand it is forecasting of the support and resistance for the next day.

no need of forecasting you can use just simple moving averages to do that but you have to remember that where is trend going down or up and than use these moving
To find the high value of next day just put moving average of LWMA shifted 1 High price
To find the high value of next day just put moving average of LWMA shifted 1 Low price
now remember that trend is up chances are great of hitting high value
trend is down chances are great to hit low value
this thing may work just check it out yourself

I have an idea, but I can't find the indicator that show predict Of price if stochastic cross 50, 20, 80 etc
Like this..
