Does anyone fancy updating Mindex.mq4 in the above post to include SEK as the Krona is part of the calculation.

The formula is here which equates to:

USDX = 50.14348112 × EURUSD^(-0.576) × USDJPY^(0.136) × GBPUSD^(-0.119) × USDCAD^(0.091) × USDSEK^(0.042) × USDCHF^(0.036)

It's a little beyond my prog skills I'm afraid.

Hi,

The formula is partially fine but is not the real one.

Also needs the conversion of three pairs as futures format, JPY, CAD, SEK.

I made the maths with spreadsheet and now I need some time to write the code. Please wait.

Maybe you want to open a demo with Alpari or WHC. Both have the USDX as product.

I forgive to post the PDF with the right formula.

It's interesting to see by browsing how many websites have copied some formula each others and that formula is wrong.

Just to mention one Akmos which is an important broker.
