Looks like Hurst Envelopes to me. I know there are Hurst envelopes available for WL, but not sure if there is something like that for MT.

It looks like Envelopes to me, The pic attached is EUR 60m with two envelope sets and a matching MA setup in my MT4.

Settings are:
Envelope inner, 45 simple, deviation 0.8% thin line
Envelope inner, 45 simple, deviation 1.4% thick line
MA 45 simple

Hope this helps a bit ........
