This is my sixteen months in fx with serious research, but this site has been the most useful, educative and interesting site among all the site that i have been visiting.
Now, i wants to open live account with Alpari platform by next week, infact, i've started sending them my documents they requested for.
My problem now, is that, by weekend Alpari turned their currencies spread to five (5) decimal places and three (3) decimal places for Yen (JPY). and snice then i've been having problem with their services by diving me the following language:
1). Sometime it takes me almost 3-4 minutes to filling in my order chart (stop order/ profit order).
2). Even after order accepted it can still give me re-quote order.
3). I can’t close my order as soon as possible again due to this 5/3 d.p. It takes 2-5 minute to do this. “IT’S WILL BE AFFECTING THE DEVIATION FROM GUOTE PRICE” I think this is serious problem!!!
4). Sometimes it normally took me 5- 10 minutes before i can succeed in placing an order which is not like this before, and so on.
Now, i serious needs you guys helping hand with the following questions:
1). Can these 5/3 decimal place (d.p) affect some indicators for example like pivot point calculator which was design for 4d.p ?
2) Can someone recommend another very good meta4 plateform for me?
Platform with good money transfer, good customer service, good order execution e.t.c.
3). M/4 platform that have minimium deposite as low as 300 dollar ($300)?
I really reliance up on you guyz. Thanks a million.

I had similar problem with my account, but then i formatted my computer then it was fixed. Now it's very fast to place an order.
