I don't know repaint or not but fixed indicator is here Multi Timeframe Indicators (fixed +MTF).

If you see some dot on close bar and after some time this dot is disappeared (on same close bar) so the indicator re-paint. The same with color, values and so on.

I cannot see anything too in my chart. May be this indi needs another indicator ? Or need some setup ? MFX can u explain ?
