I happened to check the thread and downloaded the files from your post Cja and ran the indicator of Sq 9 price only to find that from start price low of 1.44782 the 360 degrees was guess where? Spank bang on todays high... Pretty impressiveone would think .... But I was a bit lost on the other two files I dont think it ran properly... Any help would be appreciated ...or input I should say...
Without trashing the thread I also happened to run the indicators on a commodity but for the reason I would not know ( cause I am not a coder) would not run properly at all ? Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance

I use gann hilo activator for trend direction determination, shortly if any bar close > gann hilo act. trend is up for me and if any bar close < gann hilo act. trend is down for me. so, if trend is up, all trade setups only long trade. For instance GBPUSD 60 min. chart (metastock) is below
Blue bars; c> hilo act.
Red bars; c< hilo act.
Gray line; hilo act.
I dont know mt4 coding, but I need same screen for mt4.
Some of the versions of Gann HiLo activator you are looking for can be found in the the thread your message is in (2,3 page of this thread, did not check them though)
What might help you is that it is same thing As Gann HiLo SSL (or SSL) with one difference : Gann HiLo uses current moving average of high/low for support/resistance, while SSL versions use previous moving averages for those (difference is not big - "trend changes" happen at a same bar, only the values differ (see the picture for comparison : red = Gann, blue = SSL))

Dear mladen, I have all gann hilo indicator for mt4. I dont need alerts, sounds, message and e mail. I need highlights or colored bar as gann hilo activator, my rule is so simple, if any bar close > gann hilo act., bar color is blue, if any bar close < gann hilo act. bar color is red. which period and which data time? No problem, gann hilo activator period for me 10, for you 12, for krausz 3.
Data time for me 60 min gbpusd, 30 min gbpaud. Thanks.

As you say Krausz did use 3 but since it is made as parameter anyone can change it.
Anyway, this one is "bars", no alerts, nothing but the bars. The rest is up to you. Regards

Could you kindly post your most favoured set up for Euro/usd pair ? I am very much interested in your set ups thanks!!! I am a newbie and still researching .
