know its very simple to change this to a smoothy , I am just begining to lean mql, first I am l going though c for dummies and now the metaqutoes user manual is begining to make sense, all the more so after reading codes guru manual a few times

Sorry to spoil the fun. It might not repaint in the traditional way, but itæs not as good as it seems when you slap it on the chart. Quite frankly if it was, then it would have been the grail, and you even had me there for a couple of minutes.
If you slap it on a 1 min chart and have it display the 5 min signals, then you will see that the signals stay put! BUT say you have eg a uptrend, and you get one bar signaling down, and price continue up, then that one down signal will be repaintet if you eg change timeframe back and forth! In other words, it's not nearly as good as it looks when you first put it on the chart.
