MTF Trendlines

I have a TrendLine indicator that I am asking some programmer to alter. The trendline which I need this indicator to draw is as follows : Starting from the right side of the chart (if the current bar is zero the next bar is one), find the lowest low beginning from bar one. True points of support are only those which low has two candles to the left of it and two candles to the right of it which lows do not exceed the low you are using. The analyzed bars must not overlap the other low point’s consecutive bars. The ray of the trendline should extend to the right. The same can be said for finding resistance trendlines. The following pictures display this method.

Disregard the timeframe on the charts, these trendlines I request, and in the attached indicator, are across all timeframes.

An extra request is to create a toggle option to implement the strategy mentioned in the 4H trendline. The document is included also. I don’t employ the 4h trendline method in my trading but having an indicator could shed some light on the method. An EA to test the profitability would be tremendous. What I do use is the Ind_TD_DeMark_3_1_LA_Mod_03B_AIME also included but I believe DeMark’s Support/Resistance lines have a different method in drawing its lines.

Again this is really just a request for the trendline indicator, but I figure as I’m typing this request, I might as well cover all the bases. Thank in advance

This is a good alert channel indicator Increase.
But it is not an "mtf". It would be great if someone could make it so.

The mqh file needs to be in the include folder also to make it run.

Cheers.

MTF problem?

Hi

After reading you post.
I am attaching 3 of my favorite indicators.

Am I using a wrong MTF indicators?
Please help!

Why you think that the "MTF Indicators don't draw the graphic on the chart correctly"
Can you show me a chart with a difference in MACD?

Best wishes,
Dave

To avoid this BUG you should fix only one line in the code:

instead of limit = Bars-counted_bars;
should be limit=Bars-counted_bars+TimeFrame/Period();

instead of limit = Bars-counted_bars; - causes not refreshing
should be limit=Bars-counted_bars+TimeFrame/Period();
