Request for Hi Low indicator

Hello,
I was wondeing if there is an indicator that shows or draw two horizontal lines for Hi & Low according to bar time set by hand for Hi bar and Low bar - for an example i want to know the hi/low value from bar time 00:00 to bar time 08:00 or from 08:00 to 13:00 or from one market session to another and get the values in text and in lines - I hope there is such an indicator I have searched but no luck so I like to make a request for developing such an indicator.

You may use the following:

I think it is exactly what you explained.
