What I see in Kozak's chart is a broadening wedge instead of a contracting wedge.
I just want to know how point 1 is not true?

please look at before point 1 : this point is higher high or lower low on the trend and while we want choose point 1 for sell position , we attend to before trend and this must ascendant , please look at this pic for my claim

but this point not higher !!! and this trend is falling.
