As Miner said in his interview, you can pick up Elliott Wave theory in a few hours. Many people are making too complicated for academic reasons and are forcing the issues. Elliott Waves isjust one of the "indicators" and not the only one or primary one.
I have learned a lot by reading Miner and applying his principals to my trading. Here is the a link to his book, trading course and user manual (free downloads)
