so how do we use fibo time features? i set them all to true, and i don't see anything. what are these features for, exactly?

Attached is a chart I picked up from the FIBO-group website where they use Andrews Pitchfork with their Elliott Wave Analysis.
The indicator they use seems to be very similar to the ZUP_75 that came out. the fibo time though is set at the indicator window and not on the chart itself.
Is there anyway to do this on ZUP_v75 or v76? Or does anybody out here have the template or Indicators used to come up with the appearance similar to the attached chart?
