Hello,

I am the Vice President of the 4xLosAngeles Group and am hosting our sixth session of Forex Live this May 28, 29, and 30. We are not selling any indicators. As we did not create these indicators we have no license or desire to sell these indicators. All indicators are freely distributed to everyone in our user group and any one desiring to use them. All users are directed to the original creators of the source code at forex-tsd.

The cost for this seminar includes the following:

1.) Rent for a large hall enough to accommodate up to 100 students
2.) Wiring of a T1 connection for every student to trade live with his or her laptop
3.) Two 12 ft x 12 ft projection screens
4.) Microphones, power amplifiers, and A/V equipment for Hotcomm broadcast for virtual attendees
5.) Ancillary support such as Hotcomm monitors for questions and technical support for computer related problems

Once again, the intent of the seminar is to enable traders to trade successfully. The indicators are freely given to everyone, regardless of whether they take the class. No charge is incurred for any of the indicators. This was clearly spelled out to Rama in an email.

The results are of last seminar for two days of live trading was +326 pips. The students who took the class traded with us were successful and paid for balance of the class. Our trading journal was documented by an outside source and is freely available.

I understand the concern about selling indicators as evidenced by the large number of ebay traffic. I cannot emphasize strongly enough that we are not selling any indicators, but rather covering the cost of the infrastructure to enable up to 100 students to trade in a live environment with a T1 connection.

I apologize for any confusion that Rama may have miscontrued. Once again, the cost is for infrastructure. Our goal is to enable traders to be successful. The positive testimonials from previous classes are available to any one who cares to look.

These guys are illegally selling Steinitz's HAS-MTF system Indicators, along with cja's and waddah's (forex-tsd forum's) for $1000.
Is there anyway to stop this fraud!

That's right you're not selling anything regarding the indies but the indies itself made by someone out there not just accidentally born , We must respect those people who made the indies by put their names on your manual book for example

The issue stems from the very simple law of supply and demand. If people want to buy, other people will sell. If everyone in the forex community make a pact to never ever buy indicators, systems, or EAs, these crooks would have no one to sell to, therefore nothing to sell. However, this is easier said than done because there will always be some newbie willing to pay for these things. I know because I once bought signals and systems. But after getting burned a few times, I learned my lesson.

We must first make a pact among ourselves to never buy these useless crap, then we must spread the words and educate the newbies about these crooks. Once the demand dies, the supply will die with it. That is the only way I can see to get to the root of the problem.

OK, it seems this place wants to teach people how to trade using these indicators, and are not selling any indicators whatsoever. It was stated that they would even give the indicators to anyone who does not even attend the class. Unless I am mistaken, there is nothing wrong with that though I myself would not pay for it when much of the usage of those indicators can be found here.

To me, its like some of these other sites teaches you to trade whether it be live, ebooks, DVDs, etc., using common indicators such as RSI, MACD, Stoch, Pivot Points, etc. Isn't it the same thing?

Yeah, I know that the TSD indicators are customized specifically by members here for members to use, and now someone is capitalizing on it instead of coming up with their own set of indicators that are not standard with Metatrader.

Also similar happened with Dolly CJA, remember it.
