Very easy:
You can do it inside your paypal control panel (or worldpay control panel), or writting a private message to me with your transaction id (paypal), or agreement id (worldpay). Best regards! Quote:

Help For Unsuscription
unfortunately I do note have what you need from world pay, But I have sent an email to you through the "contact us" section of the website. I want to be sure that you will stop charging the card. Please help me I am charging more that the times I want and actually the two last charges was not expected by me!
