I would like to convert from hst (alpari) to wealthlab
I used the excel spreadsheet I mentioned.
In the field "Extension type"....field number 3 I inserted txt. I obtained the txt file below...VERY STRANGE

I would say 'Time Difference'.

for example: CET = GMT + 1 hour

Use Russian version (attached) as it works fine for me. And use English version just for translation only.
