Well, if yes, I would buy it right away...I am very interested in the TSR system, but I am absolutely overwhelmed by all the info that is out there (on this board).
You can find the author Igor has an occasional post over at the forexfactory. I have come across his replies several times, when I went over to get you a link I couldn't find any quickly so you may have to search. There are several Igor's at forexfactory and his moniker is simply Igrok. Hope that helps.

I have that book in pdf format and can send it to you if you would like. I've learned some good fundamental things with it, but I have been learning much more useful things here at TSD.
