I keep exiting trades too early, what is the best one to use?

Have not relly established a style yet as such I am still working on my system.

As was pointed out, it depends on your trading style. I think if we all knew when to exit for the maximum number of PIPs, that would be great. You may try to use FIBs or Pivot Points as targets. If you recognize a chart pattern, you can use price continuation pattern recognition to estimate how far price should go.
