strategybuilderfx. They've just now started to show their true colors in the last two weeks. This is how I think it works. Strategybuilderfx comes on to the scene. They proclaim that they aren't like Interbankfx or FXDD. They are a good broker. They are a clearinghouse or whatever that is and are affiliated with Solid gold and Coefx and a few others. Well, in the last two weeks, SBFX has been freezing their feed. As I speak, my mbtrading demo shows 1.2423 and my SBFX demo shows 1.2396 on Usd/chf. It's been this way for at least 30 minutes now so don't say that SBFX is just delayed. They actually froze their feed. If you are going to screw your customers over you can either a ) disconnect the feed b) freeze the price . Both get the same results. I'm with Oanda, by the way. With Oanda, they increase their pip spread by 15 to 20 pips. They will get you in some way shape or form.

"no news/sudden move freezing"?? you must be kidding.. at least every NFP their platform is freeze as it useless. And sometime they widen their spread too

i dont know your experience about this broker, but it never happen to me

You know in grocery stores you get those pamphlets where they declare all their specials, usually in the middle of the month as business get quite till the next month end. So they put the chocolate slabs on special for 50cents less than before in the hope you also buy the more necessary cereal which they mark up with about 30cents and the milk which the marked up 20cents….there is no special in reality hehehehe or at least that is how we get done in over here in good ole South Africa where crime pays big time

Anyhow the point is, these damn retail brokers are almost like that, sure the specials are different at each broker, this one has this and that one does that, on average they all do the same thing and you will have an average amount of crap to deal with…I just quite bothering finding any better ones and am with Oanda also… like yesterday they widened spread just below a fractal low and cleared the board before Euro fell into an abyss so they could prevent taking the loosing side to the trades…so I jump up and down and fling my glass of fruit juice against the computer screen and use my mouse as a stress ball. It to will pass, in the end…
