I did not watch the video, sorry. But I may have in the past if it is the indicator that goes with the bollinger squeeze indicator. I don't remember if I found the scalper indicator for mt4 at that time but I found the squeeze and use it on my charts daily. I it is also my opinion that many of the numerous turning point type indicators found on this forum would provide essentially the same information as that scalper indicator. The video I watched (don't know if it was this one exactly) showed how the marker can move (repaint). So definitely not a holy grail indicator, must be used after confirm of more price bars or other indicator. May I suggest ASCtrend, perhaps one of the braintrend indicators, silvertrend, that sort of thing, as a stand-in.

If you are looking for the scalper signal indicator based on the higher high method, here it is. Hope this is what you were looking for. I developed it some time ago inspired by an e-book on scalping , but I have not found any use for it trading forex. I have not tried to scalp indexes, which is implied in the video.
Another question, do it lag or repaint? I mean, look at the image attached, you will see 2 singnals, one sell and one buy. Do they appaer at the open of the new-candle or they appaer after some candles?

Hi Nix, as I told you I find very interesting the method to find the White Candles, only problem has a bug, the photos that I have attached you looks.
