Yes it repaints

and looks very good on historical charts , but useless for real trading

Seems u know very little about designing and coding indicators.

A good scalper indicator(non lagging & non repainting) requires 10 hours to code & 10 hours to test and fix bugs

Hiring a decent coder is going to cost euro 50 per hour

I really do not know where u get your 15 minutes from , and do not believe you have the slightest understanding of indicators development
