I am trying to learn the best settings for the following indicators on the 1hr. time frame. Could you give me your opinion, or where I can get more information, on how to best use these indicators and their optimal settings;

MACD
RSI
CCI
Moving Ave. Cross
Stochastics

MACD 8 / 17 / 9 Price CLOSED (0) for trend direction turned UP/DOWN
RSI 18 Price MEDIAN (4) for trend strength x 50 level
Moving Av PRICE (MA 1 ) x EMA 34 / 50 - possible trend change 1 candle close above below MA
Stochastics 7 / 7 / 7 Entry in direction of trend
CCI 5 Entry on lower timeframe M5 in trend direction

Hi,

What I do with any indicator, is I will optimize its various settings using the strategy tester option. You need to do this for every different pair you decide to trade, as all pairs don't have the same atr, volatiliy, behaviour, etc.

In my humblest opinion, one can't just say "use 24 EMA or set stochs to 5,3,3" without backing up first why these settings were suggested. And you also need to mention for which pair these settings are and what TF.
