I am wondering if some of you might be able to offer some advice.

I have made a simple EA that captures currency prices from a broker on MT4. I’d like to take the pricing info that I capture and republish it on my website in chart form. I have my own chart software that will create candlestick charts from data, so I am just using the pricing data that I get to create my own charts.

Is this in anyway illegal?

Can a broker tell me I’m not allowed to publish this data (since it is widely available and free information)

Do I need to say where the data came from under my chart?

Isn’t pricing info free and public information?

Who owns the pricing info, and where is the source?
