About the giving back idea. I'm working on it mate.

In 5 years I want a few of us to be on a privately owned Island trading a fund for our own charity and we'll all take it in turns to go set-up little projects in remote corners of the globe.
Could even bring back a few potential students from impoverished areas and teach them the tricks of our trade. We'll keep 50% of their profits naturally

That is unless Putin blows us all up in the next few weeks

I'm 100% serious about this venture. Once we get a good team in place we can do it. Just think how much we could do. Lets say a core of 30 of us living on an island punting the 4hr strategy at £100 a pip x 500 pips a week. That's £1.5 million a week. We have 500k living & travel expenses between us and give away the other million each week. Love it !
Definately something to aim for. Even started looking for the ideal location on this site
It's not a dream any more as many are beginning to understand. Even starting at £1 a pip can get you to £100 a pip in a year so I'm not talking telephone numbers as I am sure you will agree.

What a wonderful idea, Pimp! To live a great life and yet give back and help to the world. Maybe create an alternative ethos to the greedy mutinationals and banks. We could all contribute what we can apart from trading. Count me in - as a trained Life Coach and NLP Therapist I am sure I could offer something.

God speed on a great project.

This demonstrated that there is no such thing as perfection in this game.

We are not looking for the holy grail, we are simply trying to refine our killing machine, but it can get a bit too much.

Here we go short off the 4hr solo, set and forget, or stayed glued to the 5m after getting in?

All we are trying to do here is save 100 pip stop and instead play with 50, but who would have stayed on the 5m chart and panicked out of this one ?
Come on. Own up. a few I reckon.
Just remember the 4hr chart does not show a stretched 5m play. Look at the distance between the 5m and 15m 20ema.
Set and forget will always work best on the 4hr strategy but this is for those who feeeeeeeel the urge to cheat

The vertical line is in the same place on both charts, playing the break of the pivot on the 4hr or the 7CCI retrace on the 5m.

Remember this is JUST for entry. Get off it as soon as you're in.

I couldn't agree more, mate. If we could take money from the major brokers we'd be capitalising on capitalism and be doing it, real robin hood style.
Taking from the rich and giving to the poor.
I don't know about you but all that MTV 'get rich or die trying' crap means nothing to me.
How about live a great life with little problems, but with the satisfaction that you personally made an impact, a difference to 10 or 50 or 100 people less fortunate than you.

That's where the 'true' meaning of happines starts to creep into your life.

Yes Scorpion, my haircut is always special in last week of the month so it really took some time on friday...

...and beside that, whenever i am not online during trading day i am doing very useful and important things to help all of you out there trading:

Using my NLP, EEG, ABC, GGY, and most important UTB skills i am actually mentally moving market prices so it would be very helpful for you guys to finally agree are you long or short on cable because i can't please both groups.

BTW - ATM i am in some very nice coffee shop in Quantico-Virginia with some people who brought me here in a hurry. This guy Mulder still can't figure out what is pip but he wants to believe he does, while Scully thinks we are both crazy for some reason.

No my CCI63 is actually behaving, Cake-Man. As seen on the 5m strategy we use 2 charts. A 15m and 5m, whilst display both CCI's and that of the 60m, yes. Well what I have done here with the 4hr strategy is create a 5m entry.
The technical analysis is all done on the 4hr. All your support and resistance levels etc, then upon the cross alert from the new 5 old 7 CCI you can either just jump in OR switch to the 5m mode for a better timed entry will a lesser stop loss.
We still play 4hr rules and manage it on the 4hr, but this not only gets us in a little better, it blends the old strategy with the new perfectly.

All you see in my 63CCI window above is the 7 overlaid. I have made it black for demonstration purposes but mine is actually gainsboro, and very nice indeed. No doubt Scoprion will be changing hers to caramel or cotton candy.

Yes so that's it really. A rather fine belnd finally completed. I will give it a little whirl next week with some real cash. All that demo trading is a waste of time if I can use a 5m entry.

I don't know what happened last night. It appears I may have passed out rather early, so all refreshed. Allow me to set up this 5m gig on the laptop in the comfort of my bed and I will find us some potentials for the forthcoming week. Back in a couple of candles. Watch this space.

Lovely to hear your girlfriend want to join us. And why not? Trading needs a few more ladies. We have a few in the room, not just Scorpion. Most of them go under guys names though, like Cako or Vampire for example.

Having had a peep at the markets this morning my first reaction it "well overbaked all round"
Now I know we don't trade this pair. I don't think I even can, but it seems the only likely candidate in the near future.
Notice the daily CCI at the bottom, the 126. It's only crossed a couple of days ago.
Take a look at the Gold or Crude or Euro chart. The daily CCI has been down forever now it seems, so there seems to be some meat in this one yet, especially in light of how the price has not only smashed through the weekly 20, but also those previous highs.

I would wait for a little resting period or a tiny pullback to 0.0 on the 21CCI, then just let the 5CCI be my guide. It could be a little 4hr 1-2-3 with an entry around 1.03 and a target of 1.07. Let's see how it pans-out

Hi All,

Been away for 4 weeks, so just read thru the entire thread. You are a great teacher Pimp with lots of patience. I know the techniques work and its great that a like minded community has been set up. Thanks also to Cako for setting up the Boiler Room and am looking forward to getting back into my trading next week.
