Well, i must say that i'm more than happy with all of us here (with few guest stars) trading successfully together first day.

Lots of indecisiveness in these markets on Monday with USD weakness and strength in the same hour (yes, imagine that ), then crude and gold ranging, but then a lot of opportunities and a LOT of pips .

If you weren't trading this monday morning - no problem - just go again through Mr. Pimp's strategy, watch the charts that he is posting, do your homework and ask anything you don't understand here on forum or Live! on the Boiler Room chat where there are a lot of guys willing to share their wisdom. Yes, including Mr. Pimp himself

If you look at the chart i'm posting now you'll see that we have Cable 2 times and no crude - simply crude was ranging whole day (and still is) while cable is in my opinion the star of the day.

As soon as Boiler Room opened this morning many of us took short on Cable thanks to Mr. Pimps early morning report and he confirmed it on chat. Many of the guys was sleepy this morning and joined room little bit late so they also have their chance with perfect Cable 1-2-3 setup starting with bounce of 1H 50MA and followed with 7 CCI crossing below 0 line. Possible 30 - 40 quick pips but i won't comment on that - depends of your money management.
Then, Cable had another perfect setup in the afternoon session - again 1-2-3, all MA's aligned perfectly - also 50-60 pips possibility.

Moving to EUR - again nice setup early this morning with Daily Pivot break, and with possibility for 1-2-3 re-entry a little bit later - me personally took EUR long with price bouncing of 1H 20MA, breaking Daily Pivot and CCI's crossing 0 line at the same time - ride it all the way for 33 pips. EUR is struggling whole day to break daily R1.

SWISSY was almost exact opposite of EUR trade - with nice entries too.

USDJPY is really ranging between 1H 20 and 50MA but there were few 1-2-3 trades with almost 20 pips each.

GOLD was at first not doing a thing but riding 1H 20MA. Then CRUDE started to do it's dance - way up, the down.... thats is why i don't trade it
But it gave us few good GOLD trades (again thanx Mr. Pimp) and i chose to show you perfect 1-2-3 showed on chart bellow - this kind of trades you should always seek - 1-2-3, bounce of stack of MA's, CRUDE moving down - pulling GOLD - very nice indeed.

So guys, hope to see all of you again tomorrow morning at 06.50.

Presently I'm using IBFX as my broker, and, unfortunately, they don't offer Crude or Gold in their charting selection. Is anyone aware of a site that offers a free chart of Crude/Gold that I can put up to match against the currency majors? Thanks.

DO you trade gold with them and which market do you use?

Just a bit confused as gold seems to fall under the CFD catogory with them and the only markets I see are gold VS the US Dollar etc.

First of all I'd like to thank New Digital, who has worked hard on this forum from at least since I started it.
Linking pages to other pages and one related thread to another and so on.
With over 15,000 posts under his belt he is a true veteran of Fx forum posting and without him doing his thing this thread would not have gotten the exposure that it has.
Truth is in our 1st week we had over 10,000 visitors and were the biggest thread on the FX planet, so a big thank-you for that Sir.
Let's all try to work hard to keep that success up with plenty of ideas and suggestions.

Just because you don't follow or understand something don't vote for it not being useful. You'll find yourself running about like a headless chicken.

I will be back at 11 to answer questions and clear up a few points but lets get onto business,

First thigs first
The black beast, the Chairman is having none of it below that $124 weekly 20 moving average at the moment. However, he has also not managed to get above the 4hrly 20 at $125.50 since its falling off began either.
On the 60m chart both 21&84CCI are above 0.0 so this morning could see a little recovery or has the time come with the downward pressure of that 4hr20 to begin a chapter in downward spiralling?
We'll zoom in for a closer look shortly.
My Golden-Lady is also not enjoying this life at the bottom of the barrel, and really not wanting to push much lower than the daily 50. A true breakout of either $941 upside or or $910 downside would show us the the next direction.
Both are above the daily pivot though so both eating the pasture on the same side of the fence paving a way for a weaker Dollar session.

The currencies are telling the same story on the Pivot side.
GBPUSD & EURUSD both above with CCI's above 0.0 on the 60m, and both USDCHF & USDJPY below oivot with negative CCI.
Something uniform for a change, this could be interesting.
Not really a lot to say on the Longer term currencies at the moment other than the roads are rocky, very rocky for great falls in Yen & Swiss and gains in Euro & Pound. (Obstacles everywhere for those of you who don't know me)

Shorter term lets have a closer look
Gold looks like it has found support off the 4hr 20 which could be encouraging.
Crude 60m 20&50 have crossed in a bullish manner which is also an indication of some gains but I won't be getting too excited until mt black beauty crosses the 34hr 20 at £125.50, some 50-60 pips away..

Euro has some daylight bove 1.5755 bu be careful, the weekly pivot is there at .62. I'm not looking for shorts.
Cable is good above 1.9955 area.
Too much support below to look at shorting Swissie & Yen this morning.

IF Crude and Gold don't find the support then Swissiw and Yen above the pivots and we can start looking.
Just keep it tight and execise patience letting Crude take the lead.

I seldom trade the indices but I know a few old friend do who happen to read the posts and they were duly rewarded yesterday.
I'm not sure how the FTSE will open but almost certainly a bit lower and the trade I posted is already 60 pips up.
There were another quick 20 in the Dax too which was pretty straight forward down to S1. It actually smashed through that level later on and fell by about 80 pips from the point of entry.
Just something worth bearing in mind guys. Cable is not ALWAYS tradeable, nor is USDJPY but when these don't produce there are often riches to be found in the indices.
