Training Courses.

Please, if you have taken and paid for a training course, could you let the rest of us know what you thought of it and was it worth the money spent?

No advertising please, just a good honest summary.

Thanks
Wayne

Hi KaMpeR,

I took some in the past I don't want to write the names so as not to promote them, the course were about S&R and candle patterns , those are basic courses a must for new trader but not for someone in your level.

I also bought some DVDs from pristine those were good , and worth it

my dad has taken a course, he says it was quite intense but easy to follow BUT he also said that he's learnt alot more from ME and i've learnt everything i know from myself/forums/internet etc.

those courses are for people that don't know anything...i think if you know how to use the basic indicators, then your at a point of knowing too much to benefit from these courses.

Baby Pips coarse is good and cheap =$0:
Forex Education, Forex Training, Currency Trading, Beginner's Guide to Forex Trading, Learn Forex, Foreign Exchange - BabyPips.com

Robert Miner is one of the most highly acclaimed "teachers" of technical analysis and has been at it for over a decade:
Dynamic Traders - Home

I bought his famous book/coarse "Dynamic Trading" like 12 years ago but his new courses look awesome. You get your moneys worth from this guy.

I agree with you.

Your "Join the Dots" thread has opened my eyes to lots of new stuff.

Thumbs up

I agree with POOCHER on 2 fronts.
1. All new traders need to go through babypips.com at least twice. And some older ones maybe for review.

2. Of all the systems I have used,"join the dots" is the one most promising to me thus far.

I have never taken a course. there is so much free knowledge on the internet and the free demos.
