Trading Times

Just a small question involving what times of the day is there most movement? What are the different opening times that are the best for trendiing movment?

trading times

I've seen bigger movements often during the NY hours, or around 13:30-20:00 CET, though the movements can be kind of choppy.

Check out babypips.com they show you the overlapping times of the International markets and trade volume for overlaps.
