my thoughts are this, by putting our heads together we might be able to come up with a good method and talk about methods that has not worked and what has been successful.

i have a teamspeak server and i will create a channel for programmers to discuss these options.

teamspeak is free and its a chat program designed to voice chat.

if i get a good response on this i will open a channel dedicated to this but i wanted to see if there is any interest in this first.

once installed here are the steps to connect to the channel
connection then connect
there are 2 tabs switch to local addressbook
right click on server and click on "add server"
Name this whatever you would like

on the right hand side you will see some settings

under server address type in civ4u.com
nickname = come up with a nickname for yourself, would be helpful to use the one in this forum so people would know who you are

check allow server to assign a nickname
click anonymous
server password is teamvoice
default channel is Forex
default subchannel is Programming
then click connect
