EasyFx is on a distinguished road
Sample quality

How do i increase the sample quality when backtesting in MT4? Even with tick data its at 50% on 4H charts for the year.

If I understand it correctly you need to have H1, M30, M15, M5 and M15 data for the whole backtesting period if you are backtesting using H4 timeframe.

You need M1 data for the whole period you are backtesting for the best possible modelling quality.
